Our Story
Search Partners was founded in 1998 by Amy Krodel, the nationwide top producer of a Fortune 500 recruiting company. In 2020, Search Partners merged with Resolute Administrative Services, led by CEO Zach Collier and became Search Partners Group.
We’re proud of our success retaining clients year after year and growing our business almost 100% from client and candidate referrals. We treat people the way we want to be treated — with respect. We’re serious about establishing relationships, not being one-hit wonders.
Many of the candidates we placed in individual contributor roles during our early years are now in leadership roles and partner with us for their executive hiring needs. No compliment is greater than repeat business and candidates who become clients.
